On-site Installation

Our sheds are built on-site for you with hand selected materials from local stores. We will hand carry our materials to your selected area and build a quality shed for you that looks great! You wont have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn.

We offer gravel pad installation for sheds too at an additional cost!

Cement block or Tuff Block Foundation

Our shed foundation are above grade and sit on solid concrete blocks or Tuff Blocks although we have been preferring tuff blocks.

Why Tuff Blocks?

They are lightweight only weighing 1.5 lbs and withstand break tests of up to 1100 lbs and vertical loads of up to 1700 lbs a piece.

Also super durable and won't chip, crack, or grow mold. Plus, it has a 25 year warranty.

2x6 Floor Joists 16" on-center

We use pressure treated 2x6 floor joists in all our sheds. This pressure treated wood undergoes a preservative process that equips it to resist decay, rot, and termite infestations.

Advantech OSB subflooring

Most shed builders you will see use plywood for flooring. Sometimes you may even see particle board or standard Oriented Strand Board (OSB).

We use the a much better subfloor instead:

2x4 Wall Construction

We frame all our walls with top choice 2x4 wall studs. Our standard spacing for wall studs is 24" on center. 16" on center sometimes used for vinyl siding or at customer request

We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade, water resistant panel pre- primed a natural tan color. It is resistant to weather, moisture, impact, pests and has a 50 year limited warranty. You can keep the color of the LP smart side or get it custom painted to your liking!

25 Year Architectural Shingles

5.5" Roof Overhangs

Our sheds have a 5.5" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather. 2x6's are used and hand painted for weather protection

Ventilation

We include gable air vents on all our sheds. We can include a ridge line roof vent if requested. We use this as a standard for any shed bigger than 10x12.

White No Maintenance PVC Trim

If you look at old sheds you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by only using PVC trim boards. They never need paint and they will never rot.
